The Ethiopian Bible is the oldest, most complete version of Scripture in existence—and its missing books expose what Western Christianity has hidden for centuries.

The Bible you know isn’t the full story. Not even close.

You’ve been told the Bible is complete. That it’s divine, sacred, and unchangeable. That there’s nothing missing. That the 66 books you’ve grown up with are the absolute, unquestionable Word of God.

That’s a lie.

Because there’s another Bible. Older. Bigger. Untouched by the Roman Empire. And it was hidden in plain sight… in the mountains of Ethiopia.

This isn’t a conspiracy theory. It’s historical fact. And the moment you learn what’s inside, you’ll understand why the West kept it out of reach for centuries.

Preserved for Over 1,600 Years: The Oldest Bible on Earth

Long before the King James Bible ever existed, the Garima Gospels were already written, illuminated, and sealed.

330 to 650 AD. That’s how old they are.

These ancient manuscripts have been kept in the highlands of Ethiopia, in secluded monasteries, safe from colonizers, popes, and councils that decided what the Bible should or shouldn’t be.

They’ve never been edited by European hands. Never trimmed, never “corrected,” never approved by imperial thrones.

What does that mean?

It means this Bible is closer to the original teachings of early Christianity than anything you’ve ever read.

88 Books, Not 66: What They Took Out Will Shock You

Let me repeat that: Eighty-eight. Not sixty-six.

The Western Bible was cut. Edited. Rearranged. Filtered.

The Ethiopian Bible kept everything.

And among those 22 missing books are texts that were considered too radical, too prophetic, too dangerous for Rome.

Books like:

  • 1 & 2 Meqabyan (not the same as Maccabees—totally different stories)

  • The Book of Enoch

  • The Book of Jubilees

  • The Shepherd of Hermas

Let’s break it down.

What’s Inside These Lost Books?

You’re not ready. But I’ll tell you anyway.

1. The Book of Enoch

This one is explosive.

It tells the story of 200 fallen angels, called the Watchers, who defied God, came to Earth, and mated with human women. Their offspring? The Nephilim—giants, creatures of chaos.

The Book of Enoch names names. It describes the corruption, the technology, the warfare, the secret knowledge passed from these beings to humanity.

Western churches removed it. Why? Because it doesn’t fit the safe narrative. Because it exposes what happened before Genesis even gets going.

And yet Enoch was quoted in the New Testament. Jude 1:14. But the book? Gone. Erased. Except in Ethiopia.

2. The Book of Jubilees

Genesis? Not the full version.

Jubilees rewrites the timeline. It claims humanity has been around far longer than we’re told. It organizes time into exact “Jubilee” cycles—49-year periods—and says the law of God was known long before Moses.

This isn’t just a retelling. It’s a cosmic reordering of time, prophecy, and divine law.

Why was it removed? Because it destroys the Western Church’s version of history.

3. The Shepherd of Hermas

Visions. Judgment. Heaven and Hell.

This book tells of a man named Hermas who receives apocalyptic visions from an angelic figure known as “The Shepherd.” It describes the coming judgment, the need for repentance, and what happens to souls after death.

This book was considered Scripture by many early Christians, including some of the Apostolic Fathers.

It was quoted, preached, taught—and then it vanished.

Guess where it never vanished from?

Ethiopia.

4. 1 & 2 Meqabyan

Not to be confused with the Maccabees. These are entirely different.

Meqabyan tells tales of rulers, tyrants, and faithful rebels who refused to bow down to pagan kings. It’s filled with fire, defiance, and holy resistance.

Stories of spiritual war.

The kind of stories that make you question authority, not submit to it.

Never Edited by the Roman Empire

The Council of Nicaea. 325 AD.

That’s when the Western Church began shaping the Bible to fit its image.

They voted. Argued. Picked which books to keep, which ones to toss. It was politics. Empire. Not divine inspiration.

But Ethiopia?

Never participated. Never accepted that council’s decisions.

Which means the Ethiopian Bible is the only unaltered Christian canon on the planet.

Let that sink in.

Written in Ge’ez: A Language That Preserved Meaning

The Ethiopian Bible is written in Ge’ez, an ancient Semitic language spoken before Latin or English even existed.

Unlike modern translations—where meanings are lost, twisted, or softened—Ge’ez preserved the raw power of the original texts.

It’s still used today in Ethiopian Orthodox liturgy. It’s a living language. A link to the past.

And when you read Scripture in Ge’ez, you’re not reading someone’s interpretation. You’re reading what the early church read.

Ethiopia’s Role in the Bible Is Not What You Were Taught

You think Ethiopia is just a side note? A footnote?

Think again.

– The Queen of Sheba was Ethiopian.

She visited King Solomon, and according to ancient Ethiopian tradition, she bore his son, Menelik I.

And Menelik? He took the Ark of the Covenant back to Ethiopia. It’s believed to be hidden there right now, in the city of Aksum, guarded by monks who never leave their post.

– Ethiopia accepted Christianity before Rome.

That’s right. Ethiopia was Christian before Constantine made it legal in the Roman Empire.

– Ethiopia kept its own Christianity.

It didn’t conform. Didn’t bend to the Vatican or the Protestant Reformation.

It stood alone. And it kept the real texts alive.

Why This Should Shake You to the Core

Because everything you thought was solid—was built on edits.

Because you deserve to know what was taken from you.

Because the faith of millions has been shaped by a version of the Bible that was scrubbed clean by politicians in robes.

And because the truth is out there… and it was waiting in Ethiopia.

This isn’t about tearing down faith.

This is about setting it free.

If you believe in God, in truth, in history—then you owe it to yourself to read the books they took out. To listen to the voices they silenced. To open the Bible they didn’t want you to see.

I didn’t write this to sell you something.

I wrote this because I care about truth. Because I’m sick of the deception. And because I believe the American people—the world’s people—deserve to make up their own minds, with the full story in front of them.

We’re not children.

Stop treating our minds like we can’t handle the truth.

Let the Ethiopian Bible be read. Let the forbidden books be opened. Let history be seen.

And then let the people decide.
