In a world increasingly shaped by technology, environmental anxieties, and unprecedented power moves, the rise of futuristic cities like NEOM has captivated—and puzzled—the public. Touted as cutting-edge urban marvels, these cities are, in reality, far more than luxury advancements; they are post-apocalyptic, AI-driven doomsday bunkers designed for the survival of global elites. Under the Vision 2030 initiative led by Saudi Arabia, these grand projects are framed as beacons of sustainability and innovation. However, a closer look suggests they are preparing for an impending geophysical event, a reality perhaps only accessible to the most influential individuals and companies, who are pouring billions into them.
Vision 2030’s hallmark project, NEOM, embodies a resilient future. Envisioned as a sprawling city-state powered by AI and renewable energy, it has all the hallmarks of a high-tech sanctuary. But beyond the sleek facades, the initiative signals the elites’ mounting readiness for a crisis—a cataclysm they evidently anticipate will surpass national and cultural divides. Such projects represent the convergence of the world’s most powerful leaders, transcending religion, race, and even political borders in their resolve to protect themselves.
Despite the colossal public investment, one must question: Who will benefit? While marketed as a public boon, NEOM and similar developments remain out of reach for ordinary citizens, who are led to believe these initiatives will ultimately benefit humanity. But as climate discourse continues, the actions of these power players suggest that the official narrative may not align with their true motives. As fossil fuel production persists, and only select groups gain access to these safeguarded environments, it’s clear that the general public’s welfare is a secondary concern.
Ultimately, as NEOM rises, the project tells a tale of two worlds: one for the global elite and another for everyone else. In this vision of the future, survival appears to be a privilege reserved for those who can afford to build it.
1. Salvator Mundi is the most expensive painting ever sold in a public auction for 450 million dollars, and who bought this painting in 2017 just blew my mind. The painting has not been exhibited since 2017, and it’s somewhere in Saudi Arabia. This is connected to Project Vision 2030 and the upcoming geophysical event, in my opinion, and in this thread, I will explain why.
2. “Savior of the World” (Salvator Mundi) is a painting by Leonardo da Vinci in which Jesus Christ, the Savior, holds a celestial sphere in his hand. The crystal sphere is associated with divine omniscience and the perfection of God’s creation, symbolizing Christ’s knowledge and dominion over the universe. From the tools of creation—the compass and the square—God creates the invisible with the compass, represented by the circle or sphere. Salvator Mundi serves as a connection to both the physical and spiritual realms.
3. The orb and scepter are symbols of the British monarchy, and if you dig deeper into ancient knowledge, you’ll find that the sphere represents the soul, which is the connection between the spiritual and physical realms.
4. Believe it or not, this is connected to the UAP phenomenon and the appearance of orbs. During the Platinum Jubilee, after which Queen Elizabeth passed away, an orb was captured on camera. The orb was flying in one direction, then suddenly changed direction. Of course, this was dismissed by the mainstream as mere coincidence, parallax, a balloon, etc. But why would there be any balloons at an event featuring an airshow? Balloons are hazardous. I checked the entire 10-hour footage from the event, and there was not a single balloon in the air.

5. The orbs are connected to the evolution of the soul; they are bodies made of pure energy, or, as the ancient Tibetan tradition would call them, the Rainbow Body. The ancient Egyptians believed that by achieving the Akh, one could join the stars. Stars are made of plasma, the highest form of matter that interacts with electromagnetic energy and, in my opinion, serves as a connection between the higher and lower material realms. We are the “fallen” star, and Salvator Mundi has shown us the way.
6. Jesus achieved the Rainbow Body, and the Shroud of Turin is proof of this. The Shroud of Turin has not been ‘debunked’; a new study using a revolutionary dating method has determined that the Shroud is at least 2,000 years old.
7. The Salvator Mundi painting was bought by the Saudi Arabian prince Mohammed Bin Salman, the creator of the Vision 2030 project and the cities Neom and Aquellum, which are designed to survive apocalyptic events. These post-apocalyptic, AI-driven cities are part of a global project by the elite, designed for their survival of an upcoming geophysical event.
8. This event is described in all ancient religions, including the Bible and the Quran, and they all anticipate the return of the Savior, so buying this painting for their project makes sense (to them). But this is not the only prophetic project in their portfolio; they are also constructing a miniature version of the New Jerusalem from Revelation. Tower of Babel is included in the project.
9. The “elite” expects these events to unfold soon, while the mainstream narrative is linked to “human-driven climate change.” Even the rationale for Vision 2030 and NEOM is tied to “human-driven climate change” and building a future without fossil fuels. This is the official justification, but in reality, the project is envisioned as a doomsday bunker or city designed for their survival. As we can clearly see, fossil fuel production is increasing rather than decreasing, even in the U.S., where the pro-climate change solution Democratic Party has banned affordable Chinese electric cars and increased fossil fuel production.
The purchase of Salvator Mundi and large-scale projects like Vision 2030 reveal a deeper agenda among the global elite, who appear to be preparing for a future marked by global crises and geophysical transformations. While the public is presented with narratives of progress and sustainability, the true aim seems to be securing the survival of the privileged few in the face of potential catastrophes. The massive investments and symbolic choices indicate a worldwide collaboration among elites that transcends borders and cultural divides, leaving those outside this circle in an increasingly unstable world.
Ultimately, these projects, supposedly designed for humanity’s future, serve only those who can afford access, creating a reality where survival becomes a luxury.
